Step One

• Complete and submit a Readmitted Student Application Form. 
• Compete and submit a Readmitted Student Self-evaluation Form.

(If you left Northland in poor standing, you will need to contact the Admissions Office for different procedures.)

Upon receiving acceptance, you may move to Step Two.

Step Two

• Complete and submit your Confirmation Card.
• Pay your confirmation fee by calling the Admissions Office at 1.888.4.NORTHLAND.
• Have your parents complete and submit a Parent Permission Form.
• Complete and submit the Insurance Form and read through the Insurance Brochure.
• Register for classes.
